Krayden supplies its own LINQTAPE™ PIT-Series brand of high-performance, flexible, high-temperature resistant polyimide film and tape, a generic equivalent to DuPont's Kapton® film. Polyimide is preferred over polyester for demanding high-temperature applications across semiconductor, smart card, electronic, automotive, and general manufacturing industries, where its thermal stability, dielectric insulation, and chemical resistance outperform standard polyester-based films and tapes.
LINQTAPE™ PIT-Series products are available as base film or as adhesive-backed tape, with adhesive chemistry (silicone or acrylic) selected based on the application's temperature range, adhesion requirements, and residue tolerance. All products are supplied in standard roll lengths and a range of widths and thicknesses, with custom specifications available on request.
